2) Fill Out a W-9

Next, you will need to fill out and send us a W-9. We will not be able to pay you for any referrals you are due until we have a signed W-9. You can find a fillable W-9 here.

3) Pay Annual Fee

After you’ve received and signed the agreement via DocuSign, please pay the annual fee of $199 by clicking here. This PayPal subscription portal accepts payment via either credit card or PayPal account. (If you don’t have a PayPal account, no worries: select the credit/debit option after clicking the link.) Memberships are paid in advance annually, on the calendar date for which the membership became activated, for the following year, via automatic payment (credit card, debit card or PayPal account).

1) Review the Agreement

The first step is to either call, text or send us an email requesting the agent agreement for your review. You can reach us by email at MichiganLicenseHolding@gmail.com, and by phone at 734-945-7591. After you’ve had a chance to review and approve the agreement, let us know that you’re ready to move forward. At that time, we will send you the agreement for your electronic signature via DocuSign.

Moving your license:

After you’ve completed the above steps, you’re ready to tell the State of Michigan that you’re moving your license. Here are the steps to transfer your real estate license to a new broker in Michigan:

1 – Log in on the MiPLUS website using your credentials.
2 – Proceed to the ‘Licenses’ tab and next to your license number, select ‘Modification’.
3 – Here, you’ll be asked to choose a ‘Modification Type’. Select ‘Transfer or Employing Broker Notification’ and continue forward.
4 – You are transferring your license to Michigan License Holding, broker number 6​5​0​5​4​3​2​1​0​9.
5 – Review the details and submit the application.

After you complete the above steps, we will be notified by email and will log in to accept your transfer.
